Hours of Operation

If you have any questions about an order you've already placed/received, would like additional information or prefer to place a phone order, please call us at 800.223.RDH1 (7341) Tuesday-Friday 11-7, Saturday 11-6 and Sunday 12-5 (CST).

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. Online credit card transactions are processed via a secure server using SSL encryption.

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx Ground/Home. FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2-Day are also available. Costs are calculated at Checkout.

International Shipping

Please email info@reddoghouse.com or call 800.223.RDH1 (7341) for international shipping rates (see below for Canadian rates).

Note: Red Dog House cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for Customs charges.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Additional costs are calculated at Checkout.

P.O. Boxes

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.

Illinois Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for any shipment with a billing address in Illinois. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Illinois.

Returns and Exchanges

Red Dog House will gladly accept a merchandise return with sales receipt, in original, clean and unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or merchandise exchange only. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

In the event that your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, you must notify us within 30 days. Red Dog House is not responsible for failed deliveries that are not brought to our attention within this time frame.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

For your security, please return items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS or USPS) and retain your receipt. Red Dog House is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Red Dog House does not issue store credit and cannot accept returns or exchanges for Custom/Special Orders or perishable items.

If you will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, please have your package shipped another location where someone can sign for the package. If you prefer to have your package delivered without signature, please indicate this in the Special Instructions field at checkout. Red Dog House cannot be responsible lost or damaged packages delivered without a signature. Packages “returned to shipper” may incur additional shipping charges.

Occasionally, Red Dog House will ship your order directly from the manufacturer. In this case, you will be notified of an approximate ship date.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Gift Certificates

Red Dog House Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $250 and $500.

Backorders

Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Please note that items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together and may be received separately.

If one or more of your items are backordered, your in stock item(s) will be shipped immediately. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email upon shipment (or partial shipment) of your order. The “shipment” email will contain your order number along with tracking information.
